MAIL DELAYS – 09/03/21
We are experiencing distribution delays for issuing some statements and notices mailed from the credit union. At this time, this affects August month-end member statements, and monthly mortgage statements, credit card statements, and some notices. We are working with our statement provider on this, but please be aware of these delays and regularly monitor your account activity to confirm transactions or to see if payments have cleared.
To help resolve some delay issues, we recommend you connect with us digitally by signing up for eStatements or automatic payments via Online Banking. We also offer eDeposits to deposit checks from home and Quick Pay to pay from an account at another financial institution.
If you would like to receive a printed statement at this time, we have two options to help you:
- Go to the drive-thru of one of our branches and ask for a print out. For security reasons, you will need to bring valid photo identification
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll print and mail you a copy of your statement from one of our branches
