Status: Full-Time , Non-Exempt 

Primary Function:

Develop member account relationships and resolve/process account inquiries by assisting members via telephone and e-mail in a professional, prompt and efficient manner.  Maintain full knowledge of all credit union products and services and promotions for the purpose of educating members and obtaining new accounts, certificates, checking accounts, and all other opportunities affecting the membership.   

Job Duties

  • Deliver products and services to meet members’ financial needs by cross selling and referring at each touch point.
  • Provide members with the most recent accurate information about the credit union features and benefits.
  • Open member accounts and process transactions.
  • Resolve and process account inquiries.

Status: Non-Exempt

Primary Function: Welcome members to the Credit Union, and deliver excellent service by identifying member needs and financial solutions.  Process consumer loan applications, make loan decisions, process transactions, and account changes according to member requests and Credit Union policies and procedures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely account transactions and maintenance.
  • Provide members with the features and benefits of our current products and services in order to find solutions for their financial needs.
  • Accurately open member and business accounts.
  • Originate consumer loan applications and collect the necessary paperwork for loan department processing.
  • Provide back up to teller function, as needed.
  • Solve problems based on the job’s required skill level and multitask to complete daily work and other duties as assigned.
  • Take initiative to expand your knowledge and take on additional responsibilities.

Education and Experience:  Job requires a high school education level of language, math and reasoning skills and two years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  Training should focus on our policies, procedures, computer systems and knowledge in our products and services. Training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Work Environment/Physical Activities: Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Work creates normal fatigue daily.  Work creates moderate stress during certain periods during daily routine.  Job does not have specific volume and pace of work standards except that the job requires that members be served in the timeliest manner possible. Job requires extensive member contact on a continual basis

Location:1000 NW 17th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33445
Status: Full-Time, Exempt 

Primary Function:  Calling on new potential members and existing members to develop business and commercial lending and commercial deposit opportunities that benefit both the member and the credit union. Achieving superior levels of product and service to members and coworkers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You must develop excellent knowledge of all credit union products and services with a complete emphasis on commercial, business and SBA loan products and related products and services.
  • You must develop excellent knowledge of all deposit products and related services with a complete emphasis on all cash management products and services including remote deposit capture, on-line banking, positive pay and related services.
  • You must be able to articulate these products and services to new and existing members of the credit union to develop greater deposits and commercial/business/SBA loans.
  • You must be willing to make numerous outside calls, with and without other credit union employees to develop business and further the goals for lending and deposits for the credit union.
  • You must be excellent in follow-up and organization. You must be personable, outgoing and friendly.
  • You must understand that many times your most important customer/member is your coworker as they are a huge referral source.
  • You must be willing to attend functions and events after-hours to promote the credit union.

Education and Experience: Job requires a four-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  A sales background with an emphasis on service and professionalism is critical. A friendly and outgoing personality combined with problem solving skills is essential. The successful candidate must be seen as a resource for others in the organization to partner with to further everyone’s goals and fully benefit our members.  Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education. 

Work Environment/Physical Activities: This position requires limited physical effort.  It is a basically a desk assignment. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. The job requires a high degree of attention to detail.

  • Process accurate and efficient account transactions and maintenance.
  • Provide members with up to date information about product and service features and benefits.
  • Create and review all daily and monthly department reports ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Education and Experience:  Job requires a high school level of language, math and reasoning skills and one-year experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable and/or work experience in a financial institution with similar responsibilities.  Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
